Choose the date on the invoice and the payment term. The due date below is the exact calendar day the money is due, counted in plain days from the invoice date.

How the counting works
Net 30 means thirty calendar days from the invoice date, not thirty working days and not “the end of next month”. Weekends and public holidays are included in the count, so a due date can land on a Sunday; most clients then pay on the next working day.
Large organisations often pay on a fixed cycle rather than on your date. If your client runs a payment run on the 25th, an invoice due on the 26th waits a month. Ask, then issue early enough to land in the run before your due date.
This tool counts days. It is not legal advice, and it does not know what your contract says about late payment.
