An invoice generator that gives you the PDF first.
Most free invoice generators let you fill in the whole form and then ask for an email address, a trial or a card before they hand over the PDF. Invoira started as the opposite: open the editor, type the invoice, download it. An account is there for people who invoice the same clients every month, and it is free too.
It is built for freelancers, consultants, tradespeople and small service businesses who send a handful of invoices a month and want each one to be clear enough that the client pays it without asking a question.
How your invoice is handled
- Without an account, the draft is saved in your browser’s local storage as you type. It is not uploaded to our servers, and it does not follow you to another device.
- The PDF is built on your device from the same document as the preview, with real, selectable text on A4 or US Letter.
- With a free account, clients, services and issued invoices are stored so you can reuse them, numbers are assigned in order when you issue, and you can record payments. You can export your invoices and clients as CSV at any time, and ask us to delete the account.
- Free PDFs carry one small “Made with Invoira” line in the footer. Nothing is printed over your invoice.
What Invoira does not do
- It does not collect money. Your client pays you directly, using the bank details, UPI ID or payment link you put on the invoice.
- It does not give tax or legal advice. You choose the tax label and rate; Invoira does the arithmetic with decimal-safe rounding in your currency.
- It does not sell your data or show advertising.
