These terms describe how the service behaves and what you can expect from us. They are written in plain language; if anything is unclear, ask before relying on it.

What Invoira is

A tool for preparing, sending and keeping track of your own invoices. You are responsible for what your invoices say — the amounts, the tax treatment, and the terms you offer your clients.

What Invoira is not

Not a payment processor. Your clients pay you directly, by whatever means you state.
Not accounting, tax or legal advice, and not a guarantee of compliance anywhere.
Not a debt-collection service. Nothing here makes a client pay, and no payment outcome is promised.

Accounts

One business per account, with one owner. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; anyone with them can see and change your records.

Plans and allowances

Free allows 10 issued invoices per calendar month. Pro is priced at ₹299 a month for 100 issued invoices per calendar month. Allowances reset on the 1st of the month, India Standard Time (IST). Only issuing an invoice uses the allowance: drafts and repeat downloads do not, and voiding an invoice does not give the allowance back. Prices and allowances may change; changes will be shown on the pricing section of the home page.

Pro can also be paid yearly at ₹2,999. Until self-serve billing is switched on, the first 50 paying accounts join as founding members at ₹1,999 a year, a price that stays the same for as long as they remain subscribed; their account is moved to Pro by us within one working day of payment. If you later move from Pro back to Free, your records, downloads and past documents remain, and invoices already issued keep the branding they were issued with.

Your price does not rise while you stay subscribed.
Cancel in one click. Export everything as CSV any day, on any plan.
The document is yours: PDF download on every plan, no watermark on paid plans.

Refunds and cancellation

If Pro is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing renews after that. Refund requests go to the contact address on the contact page.

Availability

Invoira is provided as it is, without a promised uptime level. Keep your own copies of documents that matter to you — every invoice can be downloaded as a PDF.
