These terms apply to Invoira at invoira.app. By creating an account or using the free invoice generator, you accept them. These terms describe how the service behaves and what you can expect from us. They are written in plain language; if anything is unclear, ask before relying on it.

What Invoira is

A tool for preparing, sending and keeping track of your own invoices. You are responsible for what your invoices say — the amounts, the tax treatment, and the terms you offer your clients.

What Invoira is not

Not a payment processor. Your clients pay you directly, by whatever means you state.
Not accounting, tax or legal advice, and not a guarantee of compliance anywhere.
Not a debt-collection service. Nothing here makes a client pay, and no payment outcome is promised.

Accounts

One business per account, with one owner. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; anyone with them can see and change your records.

Plans and allowances

Invoira is free to use. Accounts share one fair-use limit of 500 issued invoices per calendar month, which exists only to stop runaway automation. The count resets on the 1st of the month, India Standard Time (IST). Only issuing an invoice counts: drafts and repeat downloads do not, and voiding an invoice does not reduce the count.

No fee on your invoices, ever. Invoira never touches your money.
Every feature is free to use: templates, branding, repeats and reminders.
Export everything as CSV any day.
The document is yours: PDF download with no watermark over your invoice.

Payment

Invoira is free to use. There is nothing to buy, no subscription and no card on file. If that ever changes, it will be announced here before it applies to anyone.

Availability

Invoira is provided as it is, without a promised uptime level. Keep your own copies of documents that matter to you — every invoice can be downloaded as a PDF.
