Do I need an account to make an invoice?

No. The generator runs in your browser and downloads a PDF. There is no signup step, no email wall and no payment for that.

Where is a guest invoice stored?

In this browser's local storage only. It is never uploaded, never shared and not visible to us. Clear it with one button, or by clearing your browser data. It will not follow you to another device.

What does an account add?

Saved clients and services, a numbered record of every invoice you issue, a share link, manual payment tracking and a dashboard. The invoice you started as a guest is imported once when you sign up.

Can Invoira collect the money for me?

No. Invoira does not process your customers' payments. You can add your bank details and a payment link of your own. Payments are recorded by you and labelled as manually recorded, not verified.

Does Invoira handle my tax?

It does the arithmetic with the tax label and rates you set, per line, discount before tax, using each currency's rounding rules. It does not decide what tax you owe and is not tax advice.

Can I email invoices from Invoira?

Not yet — that needs a verified sender domain, which is not set up. You can download the PDF, copy a share link, or send from your own email or WhatsApp app.
